1. Hình thức vận chuyển

Hiện tại Ninhbinhmart.vn hỗ trợ các phương thức giao hàng linh hoạt:

  • Dịch vụ chuyển phát: Liên kết với các đơn vị uy tín như GHTK, Viettel Post, GHN.
  • Người bán tự vận chuyển: Áp dụng cho hàng hóa đặc thù hoặc khu vực gần.

2. Thời gian giao hàng dự kiến

Khu vực Thời gian
Nội tỉnh Ninh Bình 1 - 2 ngày làm việc
Các tỉnh thành khác 3 - 5 ngày làm việc

3. Phí vận chuyển

Phí vận chuyển được tính tự động dựa trên khối lượng sản phẩm và địa chỉ nhận hàng. Quý khách sẽ thấy mức phí cụ thể tại bước Xác nhận đơn hàng.

4. Trách nhiệm bồi thường

Nếu xảy ra mất mát hoặc hư hỏng hàng hóa trong quá trình vận chuyển:

  • Lỗi do đơn vị vận chuyển: Đơn vị vận chuyển bồi thường theo quy định hợp đồng.
  • Lỗi đóng gói từ Người bán: Người bán có trách nhiệm gửi bù hàng hoặc hoàn tiền cho Người mua.

Lưu ý: Quý khách vui lòng giữ lại vận đơn và quay video mở hộp để Ninhbinhmart.vn hỗ trợ xử lý khiếu nại nhanh nhất nếu có sự cố phát sinh.
